Our goal is to make sure each and every family we work with feels supported. This is one of our central principles, and something we take very seriously. Actually, it's why we first started Dragonfly!
All parents participate in regular training sessions with a skilled BCBA. The goal of these trainings is to help you support your own child's success through an understanding of ABA principles and strategies.
We organize regular group meetings where you can meet other parents who have children of similar ages, abilities, and goals. It's our hope that these meetings bring you together, forming friendships and community.
Throughout the year, we hold special seminars on topics which are requested members of our community. They are always free, and always open to anyone who wishes to come and learn more!
We chose our location specifically for the breadth of activity in Farmingdale. While your child receives quality services at our center, parents can either enjoy the amenities of the village, or participate in organized outings. Check out our calendar for more information!
One of the biggest ways we can support our families, is by creating a strong community. We do this by ensuring that families have multiple avenues to meet and form bonds with others who understand what you're going through, and how to help.
