We are constantly updating our response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and strongly follow all CDC recommendations. Here you will find all of our precautions, practices, and responses in place to ensure both yours and ours family safety.
Both families and therapist alike must complete a daily questionnaire assessing both risk level and health status. All questions must be answered before services can begin each day.
Should any person answer "yes" to any questions, they must immediately leave the premises and contact Dragonfly HR directly.
Upon beginning services, all people present must have their temperature checked and logged. If any person should have a temperature over 100.1 they must immediately leave the premises and contact Dragonfly HR directly for further instruction.
All Dragonfly ABA employees are mandated to wear a face covering and/or face shield when working with children. We provide face masks for all employees, and do this for both the safety of your family and ours.
Before beginning a session, all parties must carefully wash their hands. Hand sanitizer is also provided for every employee to use throughout their session as necessary.
All work areas are sanitized and cleaned before your child and their therapist begin a session. Any common areas are disinfected regularly. Therapists working with your child do not share any materials or toys with other children. All materials stay with your child, to eliminate any risk of cross contamination. If multiple children are obtaining services in a shared space, social distancing regulations are strictly adhered to.
If at any point a situation should arise where in person sessions can not take place, all of our staff is specially trained to ensure that your child can participate in Telehealth services. Your child will not miss out on critical services that they deserve.
